Product Customization
Design Selection
Customers may choose from 21 different bracket designs. Each design is made to order and crafted with care.
Color Options
Most designs are available in a wide range of color choices, selectable via the color palette.
Some designs feature fixed elements with customizable accents.
A few designs are only available as pictured and cannot be altered.
Personalization Numbers
Nearly all bracket designs offer the option to add up to four digits (house number) for further personalization.
This option is available via dropdown menu during the ordering process.
Please note: In order to accommodate the added numbers, the chosen design may be scaled or repositioned slightly to ensure proper spacing and visual balance.
Our goal is to preserve the integrity of the design while making room for your custom numbers. Final layout decisions are made at our discretion to ensure the best aesthetic result.
Customization Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all customization details before placing their order.
We do not accept liability for errors in color selection, number input, or design choice once the order is submitted.
Production Lead Time
All brackets are made to order with a standard lead time of 3-5 weeks.
During peak seasons – such as holidays, spring/summer demand, or periods of high order volume – lead times may be extended.
We’ll notify you of any significant delays and appreciate your patience as we craft your custom piece.
Custom Design Requests
If none of our bracket designs match your style, or you have a unique idea in mind, we offer the option to request a custom design.
If you have a concept, theme, or personal inspiration you’d like to share, we’d love to learn more about it.
To request a custom design, please email us and include your phone number, including any reference images or design details.
We will review your request and do our best to accommodate it, depending on design feasibility and productions capacity.
Custom designs may require additional lead time or incur extra charges, which will be discussed before confirming your order.
Quality Assurance & Documentation
Every bracket is carefully inspected before packaging to ensure it meets your customization choices and our quality standards.
As part of our process, we photograph each item prior to shipment for internal documentation.
These records help us verify the condition of your product before it leaves our workshop and assist in resolving any concerns quickly and fairly.
Refunds & Damaged Items
*NO Refunds on Made-To-Order Items
All products are made to order and customized based on your selections.
As such, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or delays within the stated time.
Damaged Upon Delivery
We photograph each bracket before packaging to document its condition prior to shipment. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item, box and shipping label.
We’ll assess the issue and, if damage occurred during transit, may assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Please note: resolution options may depend on carrier policies and claim outcomes.
NOTE: We cannot process damaged claims submitted after the 48-hour window or without photographic evidence.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Media Release and Content Usage
By engaging with our services, you grant Premier Post Accents the right to use, reproduce, and publish any before-and-after photos, design work, or related visual content created during the course of our work together. These materials may be used for marking, promotional, and portfolio purposes across digital and print platforms.
We will ensure that all content is presented professionally and respectfully. Personal information will not be disclosed without your explicit consent.
